摘要
基于阳煤集团三矿K8203综放工作面生产及粉尘防治现状,测试分析了采煤机附近人行道上风速分布规律,研究了采煤机割煤产尘特点及顺风、逆风割煤时粉尘运移规律,确定了综放工作面粉尘防治的重点区域及治理方法,优化了采煤机高压外喷雾和尘源跟踪喷雾降尘系统,形成了三维立体式控降尘系统,优化后采煤机司机及机尾10m处总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘降尘效率均达90%以上,降尘效果明显,有效地解决了工作面粉尘问题。
Based on the production status and dust control survey of K8203 fully mechanized caving face in Jinyang Group No. 3 coal mine,the paper analyzed the distribution law of wind speed on the sidewalk near the coal cutter,studied the characteristics of coal dust produced by coal cutter and the law of dust migration in coal cutting under favorable wind and against the wind,determined the key areas and control methods for dust prevention and control in fully mechanized caving face,optimized the system of dusk source tracking and high- pressure spray outside of coal mining machine,formed a 3D dust control and suppression system. After the optimization,total dust and the respirable dust removal efficiency were above 90% at the machine operator and 10 m behind the coal cutter tail,the dust suppression effect was obvious,and the dust problem in caving working face was solved.
