摘要
为研究钢丝绳、尼龙骨架输送带在不同挤压力、不同速率下材料的摩擦学行为,用淬火钢珠与输送带组成摩擦对偶,研究了在不同载荷、滑动速率下输送带的摩擦系数与磨损量的变化规律,研究结果表明:两种输送带磨损量随载荷的增加而增大、随速率的增加而增大,两种带的摩擦系数随着压力增加都是先增大后减小。
To study the tribology behavior of steel wire and nylon conveyor belt under different loads and sliding speeds,quenched steel ball is used to form friction antithesis with conveyor belt,and the variation law of friction coefficient and abrasion loss are obtained under different conditions. The results show that,abrasion loss of both conveyor belt increases with the increase of load and sliding speed,while the friction coefficient increases at first then decreases.
