国内外标准化组织体系对比分析及思考

Comparative Analysis on the Domestic and International Standardization Organization Systems

本文以国际、区域和国外发达国家的标准化技术组织为研究对象,以现状、运行模式、工作机制等为切入点,对国内外现有的标准化技术组织体系进行了多维度、系统化的分析,并通过对比分析的结果,为改善我国标准化技术组织体系提供了举措和建议。

On the basis of the existing typical standardization organizations ranging from international level to national level, this paper illustrates how these organizations operate, including their present situations, management modes and working mechanisms, to find out the similarities and differences between the domestic and international standardization organizations＇ systems. In accordance with this multi-dimensional and systematic analysis, it proposes a number of initiatives and recommendations with the purpose of improving the standardization organization system in China.
