摘要
德国标准化处于世界领先水平,其先进经验对我国的标准化改革具有重要的启示意义。本文从标准化战略和标准化体制两个方面对德国的标准化工作进行了概述,并在此基础上重点分析了德国标准化对我国标准化改革的几点启示。其中,转变政府主导为团体主导的标准化体制等建议符合我国的国情和社会发展趋势。
Germany is a leader in the filed of standardization, and its advanced experience gives inspiration for the standardization reform in China. The paper introduces the German standardization strategy and its standardization system, and analyzes its inspiration to Chines standardization reform, providing suggestions which comply with the Chinese condition and social development trend, such as changing the standardization system from government- oriented model to groups leading model.
