脑脊液及血清疼痛物质相关指标与腰椎间盘突出的关系研究

Study on the relationship between the cerebrospinal fluid,serum pain substance related indexes and lumbar disc protrusion

目的研究及分析脑脊液及血清疼痛物质相关指标与腰椎间盘突出的关系。方法选取2013年2月至2014年6月收治的75例腰椎间盘突出患者为观察组,并以75例体检健康的同龄人为对照组。将两组的脑脊液及血清疼痛物质相关指标[P物质(SP)、神经生长因子(NGF)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)]进行检测与比较,并比较不同突出部位及疼痛程度患者的脑脊液及血清疼痛物质相关指标检测水平,同时以Logistic分析上述脑脊液及血清指标与腰椎间盘突出的关系。结果观察组患者的脑脊液及血清SP、NGF、PGE2和IL-6等疼痛物质相关指标水平均高于健康对照组,同时疼痛程度较重及L_(4-5)、L_5-S_1突出者的检测水平高于其他患者沮经Logistic分析显示,上述脑脊液及血清疼痛物质相关指标均与腰椎间盘突出有密切的关系(P均<0.05)。结论脑脊液及血清疼痛物质相关指标与腰椎间盘突出的关系密切,因此应加强对上述方面的监测与干预。

Objective To study and analyze the relationship between the cerebrospinal fluid,serum pain substance related indexes and lumbar disc protrusion.Methods 75 patients with lumbar disc protrusion in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2014 were selected as observation group,75 healthy peers with health examination were included as the control group,then the cerebrospinal fluid and serum pain substance related indexes of two groups were detected and compared.Then the cerebrospinal fluid and serum detection levels of observation group with different prominent position and pain degree were compared,and the relationship between those cerebrospinal fluid,serum indexes and lumbar disc protrusion were analyzed by the Logistic analysis.Results The cerebrospinal fluid and serum detection levels of observation group were all higher than those of control group,and the detection levels of observation group with severe pain degree and L_（4-5）,L_5- S_1 prominent position were higher than those of others,and those cerebrospinal fluid and serum indexes had close relationship to the lumbar disc protrusion by the Logistic analysis,all P〈0. 05.Conclusion The relationship between the cerebrospinal fluid,serum pain substance related indexes and lumbar disc protrusion is close,and those items should be paid to more monitoring and intervention.
