摘要 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类内源性非编码小RNA,研究表明miRNA参与了增殖、分化、凋亡、迁移等细胞进程,其对生物体的发育非常关键。其在干细胞的自我更新与分化;各种炎症以及各类肿瘤的发生和发展;表观遗传学层面的调控等方面都发挥着巨大的作用。本文主要介绍MiR-133家族,特别是MiR-133b在肌肉发育、肿瘤抑制等方面的功能和机制.
