摘要
资源型城市作为一种特殊的城市类型,其住宅用地开发需要考虑自身的属性和特征。本文结合我国资源型城市类型、数量和空间分布特征,对资源型城市住宅用地开发的阶段特征和问题进行描述,在阐释资源型城市住宅用地开发与利用的约束性条件的基础上,对住宅用地开发与利用导向进行了分析,并提出"矿-城协同开发模式"、"废弃地改造利用模式"、"原址拆迁改造模式"、"集中连片开发模式"四种住宅用地开发与利用模式,对我国资源型城市住宅用地开发与利用提供了理论指导和发展思路。
Resource-based cities as a special type,the residential land development needs to consider its own attributes and characteristics. This paper describes the residential land development stage characteristics and problem of our resource-based city through the city type, quantity and spatial distribution characteristics,and analyses residential land development and utilization under the limitations, and puts forward four ways of residential land development and use,including "coordinated development of mines and cities","reconstruction and use of abandoned land", "in-situ removal" and "concentrated development", which provide theoretical guidance and developmental ideas for development and use of residential land in a resource-based city.
