美国的再生锑产业历史悠久,对我国再生锑产业的发展有很好的借鉴意义。本文详细介绍了美国再生锑的来源、供应历史、影响因素及发展趋势,认为在我国锑资源保障能力逐年下降的背景下,加强锑资源的回收利用十分必要。在借鉴美国再生锑产业发展经验的基础上,提出了加强我国锑回收利用工作的几点建议:1提高环保意识;2规范废蓄电池回收;3提高再生锑生产技术;4完善政策法规;5建立"多物同时回收"模式。

The U.S.antimony recycling industry has a long history and it is a good reference for China.This paper introduces its sources,supply,factors and development trend in detail.The recycling of antimony has been very necessary for the declined guaranteed ability of Chinese antimony resources.Both many favorable factors for Chinese antimony recycling industry and deficiencies compared with America are exist.The deficiencies include recycling rate and technology of used lead-acid battery.At last,this paper promote some suggestions that can strengthen our antimony recycling based on the experience of developed countries.The suggestions are：① raise the awareness of environmental protection;② normalize the used lead-acid battery recycling;③ improve the regenerated antimony production technology;④ improve related policies and regulations;⑤ establish a＂different metal recovery together＂mode.
