摘要
河北某铜钼矿主要有用矿物为黄铜矿和辉钼矿,二者含量较低,且与脉石矿物紧密镶嵌。对该矿石进行了磨选工艺技术条件研究,结果表明采用"粗磨-铜钼混合浮选-混合精矿再磨-铜钼分离"的工艺流程,获得铜精矿品位Cu25.32%、铜回收率89.04%;钼精矿品位Mo 8.52%、钼回收率为84.35%。
A copper-molybdenum mine of low grade in Hebei mainly exist in form of chalcopyrite and molybdenite,which have complex disseminated relationship with gangue minerals.The condition tests on the grinding-separation process are studied.The results show the flowsheet of"raw ores grinding-bulk flotation of Cu and Mo-regrinding composite concentrates-copper molybdenum separation",the experiment index of concentrate grade of Cu at 25.32%,the recovery of Cu at 89.04%,concentrate grade of Mo at 8.52%,the recovery of Mo at 84.35%.
