肺炎支原体感染的诊断 被引量：51

摘要 肺炎支原体（Mycoplasma pneumoniae，MP）感染的临床表现多种多样。感染既可以发生在上、下呼吸道及肺脏，也可以累及肺外系统。MP感染的临床症状不具有特征性，其疾病的严重程度可变度大，可能会危及生命或导致严重的后遗症，而部分患者可以自我缓解。临床医生需要对本病提高认识。
