摘要
文中介绍了一种采用LabVIEW设计和实现的锂电池参数监测与剩余电量(SOC)在线估计的硬件系统。该锂电池监测系统主要功能包括:采集锂电池处于工作状态下的电流、电压参数,显示并存储该参数信息,通过已经求得的精确锂电池模型对SOC进行在线估计并实时显示。将锂电池恒流放电与变流放电时的实验结果与真实值进行比较,验证了该系统参数采集与SOC估计的有效性与精确性。
This paper introduces a hardware system based on LabVIEW and built for lithium battery parameter monitoring and State Of Charge (SOC) online estimation. The module of the system includes three parts: the acquisition module monitors the real -time current and voltage of the battery ceils; the data processing module stores and displays data; the control module calculates the SOC with the accurate battery model. Through the comparison of experimental results of constant - current discharge and variable - current discharge on lithium battery with the real value of the battery, the validity and accuracy of the battery monitoring system are verified.
