摘要
目的探讨口腔颌面部木村病(Kimura disease,KD)的临床特点,诊断方法,鉴别诊断和治疗。方法对在1997年至2013年间住院治疗的14例口腔颌面部KD患者的临床特点、诊断、治疗、预后进行分析及总结。结果14例KD患者中,10例出现术前误诊,误诊率高达71.43%。9例手术加口服激素治疗,1例手术加术后放疗,2例放疗加口服激素治疗,2例单纯口服激素治疗。12例获得6个月到9年的随访,术后及放疗后患者未见复发。结论 KD临床容易误诊,外周血中嗜酸性粒细胞升高是重要的诊断依据。手术,放疗以及口服激素治疗对KD有一定疗效。
Objective To study the clinical feature, diagnosis and treatment of Kimura disease （KD）. Methods The clinical feature, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were summed up and analyzed in 14 cases of in-patients with KD from 1997 to 2013. Results Of 14 cases, 10 cases were misdiagnosed before surgery. Misdiagnosis rate was 71.43%. 9 cases underwent surgery and adjuvant corticosteroid therapy, one underwent surgery and post operation radiotherapy, two received radiotherapy and corticosteroid therapy, and two received corticosteroid therapy by oral administration. There were no recurrence cases in 12 cases which obtained 6-month to 9-year follow-up. Conclusion The increase of eosinophils in peripheral blood is an important diagnosis basis. Surgery, radiotherapy and corticosteroid therapy by oral administration have a certain effect on KD.
