摘要
采用ci-340便携式光合仪对X-1、X-2、X-3、紫水晶-1、紫水晶-2等5个笃斯越橘无性系的光合特征进行研究的结果表明:各无性系间光响应特征差异显著,X-1在光线较充足时光响应特性最理想,最大净光合速率达到21.965 75μmol/m2;在弱光条件下紫水晶-1的表现最好,最大净光合速率达到18.86μmol/m2。各无性系叶面积与光合特性的相关性不显著。紫水晶-1的蒸腾速率呈现双峰曲线,有短暂的"午休"现象。根据选育目标,无性系紫水晶-1是下一步杂交育种的最理想材料。
Measurements of photosynthetic characteristics of 5 Vaccinium uliginosum clones(X-1、X-2、X-3、Amethyst-1、Amethyst-2) by ci-340 portable photosynthesis system were indicated that,Light response curves of 5 clones were different. The X-1 was the best in the light, and its maximum net photosynthetic rate(Amax) reached 21.965 75 μmol/m2; Correlation between leaf area and photosynthetic characteristics of each clone was not significant. Amethyst-1 transpiration rate bimodal curve, showing obvious"midday depression"phenomenon According breeding goal, The "Amethyst-1"was the best parent for the next step of crass breeding.
