摘要
沉默信息调节因子1(silent information regulator 1,SIRT1)可能通过影响机体免疫系统,从而作用于细胞增殖以及恶性转化的炎症微环境,最终影响到肺癌的发生和发展。因此,SIRT1成为临床治疗肺癌的潜在新靶点。全文主要针对SIRT1诱导肺慢性炎症导致肺癌发生发展的分子机制做一综述。
Silent Information Regulator 1（SIRT1） acts on the microenvironment of cell proliferation and malignant transformation,via affecting human immune system. Therefore,SIRT1 might be a novel therapeutic target in lung cancer. This review aims at making a summary about the mechanism of SIRT1 inducing lung cancer caused by chronic inflammation.
