摘要
以制定315kVA容量及以上工业用户包含两部制电价、容量电价、电量电价等共8个可选择选项的电价菜单为背景,研究并给出了其定价模型优化方法。首先,采用邮票法结合用户用电修正指标对各电压等级输配电成本进行分摊。然后,在各电压等级下,分析用户用电量和容量的负荷特性指标,按照用户支付电费最少的原则,预判用户对基本电价、容量电价的选择。接着,设计两部制电价可选择选项的预判条件,根据此条件和前面预判结果建立线性方程进行求解,计算得到可选择电价目录。最后以某省用户数据为依据对模型进行验证,结果表明该模型既保证了总费用的回收又保证了预判用户所在类别电价为最经济电价。
An optimization method for pricing models is studied and worked out,which is aimed at establishing aprice menu consisting of two-part tariff,capacity price and energy price of industrial users with a capacity at or above 315 kVA.Firstly,the power transmission and distribution costs are allocated using the postage stamp method with customers power consumption correction index.Secondly,the load characteristics indices of the customers at different voltage levels are analyzed.According to the economical principle of customerselectricity fees,the customer selection of basic price or capacity is pre-judged.Thirdly,the pre-judging conditions of the two-part tariff options are designed.Then,according to the conditions and the pre-judged results,a model of linear equations is established to calculate all kinds of alternative price schedule.Finally,the model is verified by the real data set of a province.The results show that the model can ensure not only the recovery of total cost but also the prediction that the price category the pre-judged users are in is the most economical.
