止咳平喘颗粒剂的药效学研究

目的:研究止咳平喘颗粒的镇咳、祛痰、平喘的相关药理作用,为临床应用提供依据。方法:分别做镇咳、祛痰、平喘试验,每个实验取小鼠50只,分阴性、阳性及止咳平喘颗粒高、中、低三个剂量组,观察咳嗽潜伏期及次数、酚红排泌量;急性毒性试验,以止咳平喘颗粒最大剂量灌胃,观察毒性反应。结果:止咳平喘颗粒能延长咳嗽及引喘潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数,增加酚红排泌量。未见毒副反应。结论:止咳平喘颗粒有很好的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用;安全性很高。

Objective： To study Pharmacological action of Relieving Cough and Asthma particles,supply the experimental data for the clinical application. Methods： Make three experiments： antitussive experiments,removing phlegm experiment and relieving asthma experiment. Every experiment 50 mice,5 groups： negative control group,positive control group,high-dose、middle-dose and lowdose groups of cough and asthma particles. The cough incubation period、asthmatic latent、cough times and excretory amount of phenol red were observed. acute toxicity experiments show its safety. Results： The cough incubation period and asthmatic latent period were prolonged,the cough times were decreased,excretory amount of phenol red were increased. Conclusion： Relieving Cough and Asthma particles had better effect in relieving cough、asthma and removing phlegm. The experiments confirmed the high safety of Cough and Asthma particles.
