当下在北京历史文化街区保护过程中,存在着人文关怀和人文精神建构缺失的问题。从某种角度来说,宏大的规划话语占据了旧城改造和遗产保护的中心位置,琐细的民生话语往往被忽略和掩盖,造成一系列的人文伦理问题,如文化生活断裂、居民价值失落、家族和邻里出现情感和信任危机等。北京的历史文化街区保护应该兼顾历史与人文,在改造历史街区、恢复旧城历史风貌过程中,将历史底蕴与人文精神结合起来,这样才能真正体现历史文化名城保护的要义。

Currently,in the process of protecting historical and cultural blocks in Beijing,the issues of humane care and human spirit construction still be lacked.From a certain perspective,the grand planation occupies the central position of discourse power in urban renewal and heritage conservation,and livelihood trivial discourses are often ignored and concealed,all these resulting in a series of humanistic ethical issues,such as the cultural life of the fracture,the missing residents value,emotion and confidence crisis in the family and neighborhood.To protect Beijing's historical and cultural blocks should take into account the history and the humanities,in the transformation of the historic district,to restore the historic look of the old city during the history,heritage and humanistic spirit together,in order to reflect the essence of protecting the historical and cultural.
