Theoretical Analysis of Collaterals Wind Agitation and Liver Wind Agitation

络风内动是近年根据心血管疾病临床发病急骤、病情变化多端、病程迁延反复的特点而提出的病机概念,络风内动与肝风内动二者既有联系又有区别。结合文献记载、实验研究及临床实践,从基础理论、病位、传变特点、表现形式、治疗思路及现代认识等不同视角综合剖析络风内动与肝风内动的区别与联系,明晰络风内动与肝风内动共性的证候病机及各自特点,进一步充实和完善中医风证理论体系,为提高临床疗效、指导治疗和判断预后提供新的思路。

Collaterals wind agitation was put forward as a concept of pathogenesis according to characteristics of cardiovascular disease,including clinic attacking rapidly,its varying changing and its delaying and repeating course in recent years. Collaterals wind agitation not only has relation with liver wind agitation but also has difference to the latter. Combined with documentary records,experimental research and clinical practice,from the aspects of basic theory,disease＇s location,characteristics about progress of disease,manifestations,treatment thoughts and modern understanding,the authors comprehensively analyzed differences and relations between collaterals wind agitation and liver wind agitation. The authors clarified similar syndromes,pathogenesis and characteristics of each,also further enriched and perfected the theory system of Chinese medical wind syndrome,providing new thinking of improving the clinical curative effect and guiding treatment and judging prognosis.
