从“扶正培本”到“固本清源”——中医药治疗肿瘤理论的传承与创新

From “Strengthening Body Resistance ” to “Consolidating Body Resistance and Clearing the Source ”:Inheritance and Innovation of Chinese Medical Theory of Cancer Treatment

中医药治疗肿瘤已形成了"扶正培本"治疗学术体系,近年在这一学术体系基础上,大量临床研究和实验研究提示,中医药在肿瘤的控制方面也具有一定优势与特色。系统回顾中医药"扶正培本"肿瘤治疗学术思想的理论渊源以及发展、成熟过程,立足于该理论的相关研究,进一步阐发其科学内涵及理论外延,据此提出"固本清源"理论,并从临床及基础研究两方面对其应用进行阐述,证实"固本清源"理论既有助于发挥现代中医药治疗肿瘤的特色与优势,又符合现代医学肿瘤治疗的发展方向。

In cancer treatment with Chinese medicine,an academic system of ＂strengthening body resistance＂has been formed. Recently,based on this academic system,it is indicated from many clinical and experimental studies that Chinese medicine has certain advantages and characteristics in controlling cancer. This paper systematically reviews the theoretical origin of academic theory of ＂strengthening body resistance＂in treating cancer and its process of development and maturity. On the basis of the related researches about this theory,the authors elucidate the scientific connotation and theory extension further. They put forward the theory of ＂consolidating body resistance and clearing the source＂and discuss the application from the aspects of clinical and basic research. This paper proves that the theory of ＂consolidating body resistance and clearing the source＂could help to take characteristics and advantages of modern Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer,and also accords with the development direction of modern medicine in the treatment of cancer.
