功能性消化不良中医药疗效评价方法概述

Overview on Evaluation Methods of Chinese Medicine Effect on Functional Dyspepsia

对功能性消化不良现有的临床评价疗效标准进行了总结及分析。目前中医药治疗功能性消化不良所采用的疗效评价方法主要有基于临床症状的疗效评价、基于中医证候的疗效评价、基于辅助检查结果的疗效评价以及基于量表的疗效评价。存在的问题主要是缺乏统一、规范及体现中医特色的疗效评价标准。认为建立以临床症状、中医证候及反映中医特色的患者结局报告指标量表为主的中医药疗效评价方法,结合多种反应病理生理机制的检测方法,联合生存质量及精神心理评价,可进一步完善功能性消化不良中医药临床疗效评价体系。

This paper summarizes and analyzes the current clinical effect evaluation standards of functional dyspepsia. At present,effect evaluation methods applied for Chinese medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia mostly include effect evaluation based on clinical symptoms,on Chinese medicine syndromes,on auxiliary examination results and on scales. The problem is mainly lack of effect evaluation standard which is unified and standardized and reflects Chinese medicine characteristics. The authors consider that a Chinese medicine effect evaluation method,based on clinical symptoms,Chinese medicine syndromes and patient-reported outcomes index scale reflecting Chinese medicine characteristics,should be established. Many detection methods,which can reflect pathophysiological mechanism,should be combined. Evaluation of life quality and mental and psychological status should also be used.Therefore,the clinical effect evaluation system for Chinese medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia might be further perfected.
