正常血压高值者外周大动脉弹性的ROC曲线分析

Preliminary observation the change of peripheral artery elasticity and ROC analysis in patients with highnormal blood pressure

目的:应用血管回声跟踪技术观察正常血压高值者颈、股动脉弹性情况,采用ROC曲线分析各参数的诊断界值。方法:对比分析正常高值者与对照组各动脉内中膜厚度、硬度指数(β)、压力-应变弹性系数(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、脉搏波速度(PWVB);采用ROC曲线对各参数进行分析。结果:正常血压高值组颈(股)动脉的各弹性参数与对照组比较差异有统计学意义;以β7.45(7.55)、Ep 93.50(86.50)kPa、PWVB 6.05(6.15)m/s、AC 0.835(1.035)mm^2/kPa作为正常高值者颈(股)动脉弹性异常的诊断界值时,敏感度与特异度均较高。结论:正常高值者外周大动脉弹性在内中膜未出现形态学改变前已降低,颈(股)动脉弹性异常的诊断界值分别为β7.45(7.55)、Ep 93.50(86.50)kPa、PWVB 6.05(6.15)m/s、AC 0.835(1.035)mm^2/kPa。

Objective To observe the changes of artery elasticity in patients with High-Normal Blood Pressure（HNBP） by ET,and search bound values in diagnosis by ROC.Methods Comparative analysis of artery IMT and β,Ep,AC,PWVβ with HNBP and normal group,which were analyzed by ROC.Results Compared with the normal group,β,Ep,PWVβ were increased in HNBP group,AC was lower significantly.Conclusion The peripheral artery elasticity have reduced before the artery IMT didn＇t appear morphological change.
