摘要 近年来,微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是继小分子干扰RNA(siRNA)之后非编码RNA研究的又一热点。miRNA在细胞内有着多种重要的调节作用,主要通过与靶mRNA特异性结合,在转录水平上对基因进行调控,长度约为20-24个核苷酸。研究显示,
