骨组织修复及再生研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 组织工程学和再生研究的发展为细胞移植研究创建了新的平台,目前骨组织工程应用的骨再生方法有:(1)植入仿生、可降解的生物支架为组织再生创造空间和稳定性;(2)纯化和移植干细胞以增强骨组织再生能力;(3)局部募集具有生物活性的细胞因子以提高细胞增殖能力。
