光学相干断层成像在冠心病中的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目前冠状动脉脉造影(coronary artery angiography,CAG)是诊断冠心病的金标准,而CAG最大的缺点就是只能观察到血管狭窄不能观察斑块的性质和血管结构。有很多因素影响CAG的成像:病变处的性质、成像角度、钙化、血管重叠等。
