Research of Realization Path about Long-acting Mechanism of College-enterprise Cooperation Based on Cooperation Game

由于校企合作双方的利益诉求不同,合作过程容易出现矛盾,使校企合作不能持续深入。合作博弈存在有约束力的可执行契约,易于实现合作各方的信息互通和利益的合理分配。因此,建立基于合作博弈的校企合作长效机制,有助于校企双方资源的优化配置和良性组合,实现校企合作的持续稳定发展。

Because of the different interests of the two sides of college and enterprise, there are inevitable contra- dictions in the process of cooperation, and the cooperation between college and enterprises is hard to continue. In co- operation game, it has binding and executable contract, which could seek information communication of cooperation parties and reasonable distribution of interests. Based on the cooperation game,it is constructed the long-acting mechanism of college and enterprise cooperation, which could help optimized distribution and benign combination of college and enterprise resources,to realize a continuous and stable development in college and enterprise cooperation.
