摘要 中国已全面进入高铁时代,高速铁路在可达性、交通距离和时间成本方面的巨大潜在优势,必然对中国城市与区域发展的模式、形态与格局产生持续的系统性影响。研究表明,高铁对中国的区域格局、人口流动、第三产业和旅游发展已然产生了系统性的重要影响。总体上,高铁的引导、促进、辐射、联动、重组等正面机制与作用日益凸显。随着中国"四纵四横"主要高铁网的规划与建设不断加快,高铁对中国城市与区域发展的全面重塑工程也将越发深入。 China has fully entered the high-speed rail era. Due to the huge advantages of the high-speed rail in terms ot accessibility, transportation distance and travel time, it will definitely produce sustained systemic effects on the modes, forms and patterns of China's urban and regional development. Research shows that it has already produced a significant systematic impact on China's regional pattern, population flow, tertiary industry and tourism. Overall, the high-speed rail has played an increasingly prominent role in guiding, promoting, influencing, connecting, and restructuring other industries. With the accelerated development of the high-speed rail network consisting of four east-west and four north-south arteries, the high-speed rail will have deeper influence in fully reshat)ing China's urban and regional development.
