长江经济带城市协同发展能力测评研究

Research on the Evaluation of the Coordinated Development Capability of the Cities Along the Yangtze River Economic Belt

长江经济带建设是新时期我国重要的国家发展战略之一,是我国各城市从争夺外商直接投资的竞争关系为主逐渐走向产业联动发展的合作关系为主的重要标志之一,长江经济带内城市协同发展能力直接关系到建设目标的实现。为此,我们在借鉴国内外相关研究成果以及区域创新系统理论、增长极理论、城市流模型的基础上,构建了城市协同发展能力评价指标体系,借助面板数据和SPSS、Arc GIS等软件,对长江经济带内110个地级及以上城市的城市协同发展能力进行了计算和分析,并提出了促进长江经济带协同发展的对策建议。

The Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important national development strategy of China in the new period, and marks the gradual shift away from the former competitive relationship between the various Chinese cities in attracting foreign direct investment towards the cooperative relationship that the cities develop their industries in a coordinated manner. The capability of the cities within the Yangtze River Economic Belt to coordinate their development has a direct bearing on the realization of the goal of this Belt strategy. For this, on the basis of referring to the domestic and foreign related research results, regional innovation system theory, growth pole theory, and urban flow model, we established the urban coordinated development capacity evaluation index system, used panel data and SPSS mad ArcGIS to compute and analyze the coordinated development capacity of the i lO cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt, mad provided solutions and suggestions on promoting the coordinated development of the Yan^ze River economic belt.
