随着中国经济结束高速增长,中国欲顺利完成"十三五"规划中彻底消除极端贫困的目标困难极大。中国提出未来的经济增长要坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念。准确把握这五大理念,并完整地贯彻落实到精准扶贫的具体实践中,将使我国进入决战极端贫困的新境界。不管是世界银行等国际组织、美国等发达国家还是孟加拉等发展中国家,都曾经或正在就类似问题展开探索,并积累了许多成功的经验。借鉴国外成功的经验,对于中国打赢新发展理念下的脱贫攻坚战大有裨益。

As the rapid growth of the Chinese economy comes to an end, it is very difficult for China to reach the target of completely eliminating extreme poverty as set in the ＂Thirteenth Five-Year Plan＂. China states that it will adhere to a path of innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development in the future. Accurately grasping this development concept and fully implementing it in the poverty alleviation work will make China reach a new height in fighting extreme poverty International organizations such as the World Bank developed countries such as the United States, and developing countries such as Bangladesh, have all explored or are exploring over similar issues, and have accumulated a lot of useful experience in this. Learning from the experiences of foreign countries will greatly benefit China in terms of winning the tough war against poverty under the guidance of the new development concepts.
