改革开放以来,中国共产党领导中国人民紧紧扭住发展这个主题不放松,在发展中不断深化对中国现代化发展规律的认识,提升出新的发展理念。"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念,就是党的十八大以来以习近平同志为总书记的党中央在总结国内外发展经验教训、分析国内外发展大势的基础上提出的。五大发展理念,是对马克思主义发展理论的继承和发展,是对经济社会发展规律认识的深化,是破解经济新常态下当代中国发展难题,厚植发展优势,开创未来发展的新理念。

Since the reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China （CPC） has led the Chinese people in sticking to the main task of development, continuously deepened understanding of the laws governing China＇s modernization, and formulated new development concept. The path of ＂innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development＂ is proposed by the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as General Secretary on the basis of drawing upon the domestic and foreign development experiences and analyzing the general development trend at home and abroad since the Eighteenth CPC Congress. This development path carries forward and develops the Marxist development theory, deepens the understanding of the laws governing economic and social development, and is capable of overcoming the development problems of contemporary China under the new economic normal conditions, solidifying development advantages, and creating future development potentials.
