On How the Communist Party of China Transcends Itself——The Theoretical Foundation and Value Orientation of Promoting All-round Strengthening of Party Self-conduct

中国共产党人从严治党的理念与生俱来。尤其是以习近平同志为总书记的党中央提出"全面从严治党",从而揭开了中国共产党历史上的崭新篇章。全面从严治党,这是积累数十余年的经验与认识而形成的新的极为重要的指导原则,既具有当今时代的具体针对性,又具有党的优良传统的历史传承性。从党的建设科学化角度而言,"全面从严"既可以理解为党的建设工作全部的诸多方面,也可以理解为党的建设发展过程的各个环节;还可以理解为党的组织构成的各个层位和工作各个细部。全面从严治党并不是静止的,而是随着时代的进步在运动发展中不断自我完善。

The Communist Party of China （CPC） has had the idea of governing the Party strictly ever since it was founded. As the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as General Secretary proposed the concept of promoting all-round strengthening of Party self-conduct, it has opened a new page in the history of the CPC. This concept is a new important guiding principle created on the basis of the CPC＇s ten plus years of relevant experience and knowledge; it is targeted at the specific issues of the contemporary times, and also carries forward the Party＇s fine tradition. In terms of scientific Party building, promoting all-round strengthening of Party self-conduct can be understood as all of the aspects of the work on Party building or all of the steps in the process of the Party building; or all the constituent parts of the Party＇s organization and each detail of the work of the Party This concept is not static, and should be constantly improved with the progress of the times.
