相容剂对聚丙烯/碳纤维复合材料性能的影响 被引量:16

Effect of Compatilizer on Rheological and Mechanical Properties of Polypropylene/Carbon Fiber Composite

摘要 通过熔融共混方法制备聚丙烯/碳纤维(PP/CF)复合材料,利用毛细管流变仪研究了PP/CF复合材料的流变行为、相容剂马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAHPP)的质量分数、剪切速率及温度对熔体流变行为、熔体黏度的影响。结果表明:PP/CF体系的表观黏度随着MAHPP质量分数的增加而降低。PP及PP/CF复合材料均属于假塑性流体,MAHPP的存在使复合材料的假塑性增强。PP/CF复合材料的黏流活化能随着剪切应力的增大而降低。PP/CF复合材料的扫描电镜和力学测试结果表明:MAHPP的引入有利于提高聚丙烯与碳纤维的相容性,PP/CF复合材料的力学强度随着MAHPP质量分数的增加而提高。 Composite of polypropylene/carbon fiber (PP/CF) with different content of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (MAPP) as compatilizer were prepared by melt blending. The rheological properties of PP/CF composite were studied by using capillary rheometer. Influences of content of MAHPP, shear rate and temperature on the theological behavior and viscosity of the melt were discussed. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of PP/CF composite decreased with the increase of MAHPP content. Both polypropylene and the composite system were pseudoplastic fluids. MAHPP enhanced the pseudoplastic of PP/CF composite. The viscous activation energy of PP/CF composite declined with the increase of MAHPP content. The micromorphology and mechanical tests showed that MAHPP improved the compatibility of PP/CF composite, resulting in the improved mechanical strength.
