摘要
塑化机料筒单边加热会导致物料加热不均、径向温差大、效率低等问题,提出了一种基于三相感应电机原理的塑化机双边电磁感应加热技术;设计了样机,仿真计算了料筒和螺杆的涡流分布;分析了系统结构参数对加热性能的影响,并对样机进行了温升试验,通过对比发现设备径向温差明显减小,预热时间大大缩短。
If the plastieator barrel was heated unilaterally, it would have caused some problems ,such as uneven heating, radial temperature difference,low efficiency,etc. A bilateral electromagnetic induction heating technology based on a principle of three phase induction motor was presented. The prutotype was designed, the eddy current distribution of barrel and screw was calculated by simulation, and the performance of system structure parameters was analyzed. The temperature rise experiment of prototype had been done. The experiment results showed that the equipment radial temperature difference was reduced obviously and preheat time was shortened greatly.
