园长应是园本研修的首席研修者,发挥示范作用,做好研修的内外沟通工作;园长应是园本研修的组织保障者,做好研修的规划和后勤保障;园长应是园本研修的引领者,营造良好的研修氛围,促进教师教育观念与行为的真正转变和落实。
Kindergarten leader is the chief of kindergarten-based research. She should communicate with teachers and guarantee their rights in the research. Good research atmosphere is also important to transform teachers＇ education concepts and actions.
