摘要 基于电火花刻伤的原理研制出新一代刻伤设备——DYBH-NEN-Ⅱ型数控电火花刻伤机,描述了新型电火花刻伤机的结构特点和工作原理。通过对平板试件与圆管试件进行人工刻伤,验证该设备的加工试验效果。结果表明:DYBH-NEN-Ⅱ型数控电火花刻伤机性能先进,能满足刻蚀微小伤型的需求,且技术成熟、加工性能稳定,可以满足于航空、核电、铁路、压力容器等行业的检测需求。 A new generation of scarification equipment-DYBH-NEN- Ⅱ type NC Electric Spark cutting machine is developed based on the principle of electric spark cutting.The machine is mainly composed of four parts:electrode feeding,vibration system,pulse power,and oil cooling system.In order to verify its experimental results,artificial defects were cut on the flat plate and circular tube specimen artificially.Results verify the following advantages of the equipment:advanced performance,mature technology and stable processing performance,so the cutting machine can etch tiny flaws and meet inspection requirements in every walk of life,such as aviation,nuclear power,railway and pressure vessel.
