摘要
碳含量测定对碳素钢性能评定具有重要意义。该试验基于Image-Pro Plus(IPP)软件测定碳素钢金相图片中不同组织的相对含量,然后通过计算得到其碳含量。结果表明:该方法简单、有效,可实现碳含量测定的自动化和定量化。
The measurement of carbon content of plain carbon steel is of great significance for evaluating material's performances. In the test,the metallographic photographs of plain carbon steels were analyzed to measure the relative contents of different structure based on Image-Pro Plus( IPP) software and obtain the carbon content by calculation. The results show that this method was simple and effective for measuring the carbon content automatically and quantificationally.
