摘要
通过对大量的注水管内涂层试样进行试验研究,提出了一套系统的检验与评价方法,包括涂层基础性能、物理性能和抗环境性能3个方面。在提出试验方法的同时,也通过大量试验,确定了在油田用注水管的使用环境下,满足使用要求的涂层性能指标。评价涂层的耐蚀性,不应只采用腐蚀试验的手段,而应综合考察涂层的物理性能,以及实际使用环境下的抗性。此外,需考虑到不同试验之间的联系,即确保试验之间的相互验证性,才能最终建立科学有效的试验体系。
Based on vast test research on the internal coating of waterflooding pipe,the systematic examination and evaluation method was put forward,including three aspects: basic performance,physical performance and environmental resistant performance. Meanwhile, the acceptable index that the waterflooding pipe could be useful in the service environment of oil field was confirmed by means of vast tests. When corrosion resistant of the coatings was evaluated,not only corrosion experiment should be carried out,but also the physical and environmental resistant performance should be considered. In addition,the relationship between different experiments should be considered to verify the results with each other and establish a scientific and effective evaluating system.
