摘要
某2Cr13钢有齿止血钳在使用11个月后于刃部发生断裂。采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验的方法,对止血钳发生断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于淬火温度过高,导致止血钳出现淬火裂纹和粗大组织,且淬火后磨削又出现了磨削裂纹,裂纹扩展最终导致失效,最后针对此原因提出了改进措施。
The blade of one hemostatic forcep of 2Cr13 stainless steel fractured after being used for 11 months.Macroscopic examination,chemical compositions analysis,hardness testing and metallographic examination were adopted to analyze the fracture reasons of the hemostatic forcep. The results show that due to the too high quenching temperature,quenching cracks and bulky structure generated. Grinding cracks also appeared after quenching and grinding process. The cracks expanded and finally resulted in the fracture. The improvement measures were made according to the fracture reasons of the hemostatic forcep.
