不同防霜剂对赤霞珠葡萄幼叶抵御霜冻的效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 为筛选适用于葡萄的防霜剂,以温室培养的一年生赤霞珠盆栽苗为试材,春霜冻来临前两天分别喷清水、‘天达2116’和‘防霜1号’、‘防霜2号’和‘防霜3号’,于2015年4月7、8两日发生春霜冻期间搬至室外进行低温霜冻,并于8号上午进行相关指标的测定和样品的采集。结果显示,喷施防霜剂能够增强叶片抗氧化酶的活性,减轻膜质过氧化程度;增加渗透调节物质含量,提高渗透调节能力;减轻光合机构的损伤程度,从而减轻叶片的伤害程度。几种防霜剂防霜效果由高到低依次为:‘天达2116’>‘防霜1号’>‘防霜3号’>‘防霜2号’,其中,‘天达2116’和‘防霜1号’两种防霜剂在防御葡萄幼叶霜害上作用明显,具有良好的防霜应用前景,值得进一步推广应用。 In order to select the best anti-frost agent suitable for resisting frost in grapevine, the anti- frost effect of 'Tian Da 2116', 'Fang Shuang 1', 'Fang Shuang 2', 'Fang Shuang 3' on young leaves of one year old potted seedlings of Cabernet Sauvignon grown in greenhouse were tested. Results indicated that leaves of control were damaged dramatically when frost happened. Anti-frost agents enhanced the frost resistance of leaves by improving the activities of antioxidant enzyme and osmotic adjustment, reducing the production of MDA. The protective effects of anti-frost agents on photosynthetic apparatus were also proved. 'Tian Da 2116' and 'Fang Shuang 1' were the best preparations to improve the frost resistance of leaves among all candidates, have good frost prevention application, deserves further popularization and application.
