红地球延迟采收中留叶处理对果实品质及挂藏期的影响

Effects of adult leaves during late maturation on fruit quality and the days on the vine in prolongation cultivation of Red Globe grapevine

在葡萄延迟栽培中,研究了红地球葡萄成熟后期不同数量成龄叶片对葡萄粒质量、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、Vc含量、SOD和POD活性、挂藏期的影响。结果表明:每穗葡萄保留10片以上成龄叶片,有利于提高果实品质和延长挂藏期。建议在天祝高寒冷凉区葡萄延迟栽培中可将成熟后期每穗果保留10片成龄叶片,作为提高葡萄品质和延迟采收时期的临界值。

The effects of adult leaves with different number on the weight of berry, soluble solid, titratable acidity content, Vc content, SOD and POD activity, and the days on the vine of fruit in late maturation during prolongation cultivation of Red Globe grape were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the treatments of each cluster with 10 pieces and more adult leaves were conducive to improve quality and prolong the days on the vine of the fruit. So one cluster with 10 pieces adult leaves was recommended to apply in the prolongation cultivation of Red Globe grape, as the critical value of improving fruit quality and prolonging the days on the vine in Tianzhu high cold region.
