乳腺脓肿采用小切口基底部引流治疗的临床效果

目的探讨小切口基底部引流治疗乳腺脓肿的临床效果。方法选取64例乳腺脓肿患者展开研究,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例,对照组给予创痛引流术进行治疗,治疗组采用小切口基底部引流术治疗,观察2组患者的疗效。满意度及脓液消退时间。结果 2组患者治疗后均已痊愈,治疗组的住院时间(7.8±1.4)、脓液消退时间(2.9±1.1)等指标与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组满意度(90.63%)明显高于对照组(56.25%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口基底部引流术治疗乳腺脓肿能有效缩短愈合时间,确保乳房的完美美观,治疗效果明显优于传统引流术效果。

Objective To study the basal parts through small incision drainage for treatment of mammary gland abscess. Methods To select 64 cases of mammary abscess patients study. Randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in each group, control group given trauma drainage treatment, treatment group with small incision drainage treatment base, to observe the curative effect of two groups of patients, satisfaction and pus fading away. Results Two groups of patients have recovered after treatment, the treatment group the length of hospital stay, pus fading time, satisfaction were better than control group, difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Small incision drainage treatment base breast abscess can effectively shorten the healing time, ensure the perfect breast is beautiful, the treatment effect is better than traditional drainage effect.
