腹腔镜下骶前固定术治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病的护理体会

目的观察腹腔镜下骶前固定术治疗盆腔缺陷的盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床护理效果。方法收集采用腹腔镜下骶前固定术治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病的患者49例,术前予以心理护理,术后认真观察病情,精心护理。结果术后治愈率达100%,均未发生术中及术后大出血、膀胱及直肠损伤;术后随访患者解剖结构均得到成功恢复。结论腹腔镜下骶前固定术是一种安全有效的治疗,合理的护理对患者康复起到重要作用。

Objective To summarize the effect of nursing in laparoscopic sacral fixation treatment of pelvic floor functional disorder. Methods 49 cases with laparoscopic sacral fixation treatment of pelvic floor functional disorder were collected, to preoperative psychological nursing, postoperative observation condition seriously, careful nursing. Results The cure rate was 100%, and the postoperative neither intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, bladder and rectum injury; Postoperative follow-up of patients with anatomical structures were successfully restored. Conclusion Laparoscopic sacral fixation is a safe and effective treatment, reasonable care for the patient rehabilitation play an important role.
