参苓白术散加减治疗脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良的临床观察

目的探讨参苓白术散加减治疗脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法选择诊断为脾胃虚寒型FD的患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例。均予多潘立酮片口服,在此基础上,治疗组予参苓白术散加减,疗程为4周,观察2组疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为92.9%,对照组为66.7%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后症状积分为(5.37±3.48)分,对照组为(9.41±5.02)分,治疗组症状总积分下降显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论参苓白术散加减联合胃动力药可用于治疗脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良,效果良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenlingbaizhu granule （SLBZG） in the treatment offunctional dyspepsia （FD） which due to spleen-stomach deficiency-cold. Methods 84 patients with FD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Domperidone was given to all the patients. While SLBZG was given to the treatment group. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.9%, and it was 66.7% in the control group, The total effective rate of treatment group washigher （P〈0.05）. The total score of symptoms in treatment group was （5.37±3.48）, and it was （9.41±5.02） in the control group, the total score of symptoms decreased significantly in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion It is useful that Shenlingbaizhu granule combined with gastric motor drugswas used into the treatment of FD which due to spleen-stomach deficiency-cold.
