Research on Detection of the Regular Pattern of Passenger Car Hot Box Prediction with THDS

为准确掌握THDS探测客车热轴预报规律,以典型客车轴箱为研究对象,通过模拟轴承运行热轴故障,全程采集轴箱及轴承各部位温度分布及变化情况,按不同轴箱形式分析THDS探测客车轴温与轴箱轴温报警器测温的关系,同时对THDS探测客车的实际轴温数据进行了关联分析,提出了完善THDS探测客车轴温预报标准等建议。

In order to accurately master the regular pattern of passenger car hot box prediction with THDS detection,with the typical passenger car axle box as the research object,through simulating the hot box trouble in operation of bearings,the distribution and changing of the temperatures at various parts of the axle box and bearings are collected all the time,the relation between the THDS detection of passenger car axle temperature and axle box temperature alarm measuring the temperature is analyzed on the basis of different types of axle boxes,in the meantime,the relating analysis is made on the practical axle temperature data of passenger cars through THDS detection,and suggestions are given on improving the standards for passenger car hot box prediction with THDS detection.
