Analysis of the Trouble of Leakage in 104 Centralized Electro-pneumatic Braking Equipment on 25T Passenger Cars

针对车辆运用部门反馈的104型集成电空制动装置主阀漏泄及制动保压过程中的自然缓解故障,通过对主阀及集成安装板分解检查、杂质电镜检查、试验过程对比等,分析了滑阀及滑阀座面不同程度划伤且导致漏泄的原因,并提出了相应的措施与建议。

In view of the leakage in the main valve of 104 centralized electro-pneumatic braking equipment and the natural release in the course of pressure keeping in braking,which are fed back by the operation departments of vehicles,through the disassembly and examination of the main valve and the centralized installation plate,examination of the impurity by electron microscope and comparison of the test process,etc.,the causes to different degrees of scratches in the slide valve and the surface of the valve seat( leakage had been caused by the scratches) are analyzed, corresponding measures and suggestions are given.
