高职计算机动漫人才培养模式探索

Exploration of cultivation model of computer animation talent in higher vocational college

分析了计算机动漫人才培养面临的问题,进而提出高职计算机动漫人才培养策略。采用文献分析法、调查法、定性与定量分析法,对高职计算机动漫人才培养进行深入分析。提出高职院校应从课程设置、师资培训和学生培养策略,探索计算机动漫人才培养模式;高职计算机动漫专业,应在有限学时内通过合理的课程设置和教学模式,使动漫专业教育达到人才素质培养的要求。

In this paper, the problem of computer animation talents cultivation is analyzed, and the cultivation strategy of computer animation talents in higher vocational colleges is put forward. Using the method of documentary analysis, investigation, qualitative and quantitative analysis, the training of computer animation talents in higher vocational colleges is analyzed in details. The paper proposes that higher vocational colleges should explore the cultivation model of computer animation talents from the curriculum,teacher training and students＇ training strategies; The computer animation specialty in higher vocational colleges should, in a limited period of time through a reasonable curriculum and teaching mode, make the animation professional education meet the requirements of the quality of personnel training.
