18家社区卫生服务中心临终关怀病房患者住院费用调查与分析

Survey and analysis of the medical expense for the hospitalization of the patients in the hospice wards of 18 community health service centers

目的 :通过对上海市2013年18家临终关怀试点机构的调查分析,深入了解上海市临终关怀服务现状,为有关部门制定相关政策提供依据。方法 :回顾性分析2013年18家试点机构临终关怀病房1 301例出院患者在住院治疗时的医疗费用情况。结果 :患者住院医疗费用总体较低,患者人均住院费用为5 500.48元,日均住院费用为189.67元,医疗费用构成较为合理,差异主要与病程长短有关。结论 :临终关怀服务项目的开展是符合社会需要的,其内容需要进一步完善,服务标准需要进一步规范。

Objective： Through the investigation and analysis of 18 pilot institutions of the hospice care in 2013 in Shanghai to deeply understand the status quo of the hospice care in Shanghai to provide a basis for the relevant departments to formulate the relevant policies. Methods： The medical expenses for hospitalization of 1 301 patients discharged from 18 pilot institutions in 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The medical expenses for the hospitalization were generally lower（5 500.48 yuan per patient）, the average daily hospitalization expense was 189.67 yuan, the medical expense constitute was more reasonable and the differences of the medical expenses were related to the length of the disease. Conclusion： The development of the hospice care service items is in line with the needs of the society, its content needs to be further improved and the service criterion to be further standardized.
