中部六省科技创新效率与影响因素研究 被引量:29

Research on Technological Innovation Performance and Its Influence Factors in Six Provinces of Central China

摘要 利用2001—2013年中部六省科技创新活动的投入—产出数据,运用BCC模型和Malmquist指数分别测算了研究期内各省的科技创新效率和全要素生产率变化率,并利用TOBIT模型分析了科技创新效率的影响因素。结果表明:12年间中部六省科技创新活动的综合技术效率均值呈下降趋势;各省的科技创新效率存在较大的地区差异;中部六省科技创新活动的全要素生产率2000—2007年增长了8%,2008—2011年增长了5.7%;政府资金支持对科技创新效率有显著的负面影响,外资利用水平、工业化水平和人力资源水平对科技创新效率有显著的正面影响。 Using the panel data of technological innovation input- output during 2000 -2013 of 6 provinces in central China, this paper calculated the technological innovation efficiency of 6 provinces in central China by using the BCC method, and used Malmquist index method to measure the growth rates of total factor productivity of technological innovation of these provinces, and analyzed the influence factors of technological innovation performance by TOBIT method. The results showed that the efficiency of technological innovation input - output of 6 provinces in central China was decreasing, the efficiencies were different among these provinces, the TFPs of technological innovation of these provinces were growing by 8 % during 2000 - 2007,and the TFPs of technological innovation were growing by 5.7% during 2008 - 2011 .The support from government to technological innovation activity had an notable negative effect on its performance, and FDI, the industrialization level and the human resource level had an notable positive effect on technological innovation performance.
