介绍了在苯加氢系统装车尾气上利用活性炭吸附苯类物质、蒸汽解吸及干燥实现苯类产品回收的技术。该工艺具有安全可靠、吸附性能强、自动化程度高等特点。通过使用前后情况对比以及分析取得的经济效益表明,该技术有很好的推广价值。

This paper introduces a technology of recovering benzene product with activated carbon absorption,steam desorption and drying for loading exhaust gas in benzene hydrogenation system. This process has features of nice safety,reliability,strong absorption performance and high automation level. Comparison between before and after applying the technology and analysis of the economic benefit shows that the technology has very high promoting values.
