摘要
本文以昆明玉龙湾文化主题公园为例,基于RMP模式的产品策划方法来探讨衰败型主题公园的重生策略及产品设计方法。通过对园区R性(Resource)旅游资源评价、M性(Market)市场分析和P性(Product)旅游产品开发,来设计各分区的主题项目及体验流线,以期为我国众多衰败型主题公园的活力重生做出探索性实践。
Taking Kunming Yulongwan Cultural Theme Park as an example,this article discusses the regeneration strategy and product design method of decaying theme park based on PMP mode.Through Resource evaluation,Market analysis,and Product development,the theme item and experience line of all subareas are designed,so as to explore the regeneration strategies of the decaying theme parks in China.
