论建筑工程项目成本管理策略

On Cost Management Strategy for Construction Engineering Project

成本管理是建筑工程项目管理的重点内容。我国建筑行业目前尚未全面摆脱计划经济的桎梏,成本管理仍以下达指令文件为主,缺少实际行动,成本管理模式简单粗放,而且还存在一些问题,如不重视成本核算;全员缺乏参与成本管理的意识等等。本文针对这一现状,提出一套比较全面的成本管理策略,经过工程实例验证这一策略的可行性,以期为建筑行业加强成本管控提供有价值的参考方案。

Cost management is the main content of construction engineering project management.China＇s construction industry has yet to get rid of the shackles of the planned economy.Cost management is still mainly implemented by issuing instruction document,but lack practical action.The cost management mode is simple and extensive and there are also some problems,such as indifference in cost accounting,lack of participation consciousness in cost management,and so on.Aiming at the status quo,the paper puts forward a set of comprehensive cost management strategies,and verifies the feasibility of this strategy through engineering examples,so as to provide valuable reference to strengthen cost control in construction industry.
